ENTEROGERMINA, global probiotics content destination

CHALLENGE: the probiotics brand Enterogermina needed to develop its new global website to be a reference in gut health content and probiotics education. The platform needed to be universal and at the same time adaptable to different cultures across the globe, responding to specific consumer needs.

SOLUTION: working together with local and global marketing teams, the website audit was carried out, new proto-personas were identified and content were developed according to them, resulting in UX journeys and user testing it with real consumers to cover different market maturities and consumer profiles.

Globally, the website's organic traffic is up to 1.9 million/month (SEMRush, as of July/24).
