CHALLENGE: Biotoco, a natural intelligence solutions startup, promises to innovate the seed and seedling planting system by activating circular economy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The solution is a recipient made of organic waste from other industries, substituing the plastic recipient that is the norm in nursery plants. The company needed to build its brand to launch the solution in the market and change it for good.
SOLUTION: while Biotoco is a positive innovation, changes are not always easy to take, especially in a conservative market. By adopting a mindset of creating solutions instead of problems, the strategy was built on the benefits the product brings for everyone in the chain. The tagline "Mudando o mundo, uma muda por vez" (changing the world, one seedling at a time) shows that little smart changes can create a big impact, if we work together one step at time. This approach was a reflection of the brand purpose, in creating innovative solutions to build bridges between the environment, society and the future.
