CHALLENGE: Biotoco is a startup that promises to innovate the seed and seedling planting system by activating circular economy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The solution is a recipient made of organic waste from other industries, substituing the plastic recipient that is the norm in nursery plants.

The original platform was built back in 2023 and needed a re-branding to be more aggressive in the market, while taking into consideration its conservative nature, with budget limitations.

SOLUTION: in an accelerated world, many innovations come up but often they create new problems. Biotoco emerges to show that true innovation happens when nature is seen as an ally, respecting the cycles of change. The strategy was built on showing that small changes can bring big results with the tagline “Mudando o mundo, uma muda por vez" (changing the world, one seedling at a time). This approach was a reflection of the brand purpose, that is to inspire meaningful changes in harmony with nature in the way we plant.
